 The program combines elements of yoga, pilates, cardio Barre, BalleCore, Jazz and Contemporary choreos, dance yoga and other dance workouts, to make you stronger, elentanter and full of positive energy!
The attendance is flexible - in case you have a Subscription for Dance Fitness, you can decide which classes and when to attend them based on our schedule:
